Chrome extensions are small software programs installed in the Chrome browser and give you added features and abilities to customize and personalize your Chrome browser. Chrome Extensions can make things simple and more convenient and make teaching and learning easier for you and your students. With Chrome extensions you can clip a web page to Evernote, cite a source and create a bibliography, capture your screen, create a QR code just to name a few.

Objective: After completing this course you will know what a Chrome extension is, where to find them and how to install and manage your extensions. You will also be able to use the extensions Extensity, Evernote Web clipper, Easybib, Snagit, and URL shortener.
